Artelac Advanced Lipids Eye Lubricant Drops 30 x 0.6g

Cosopt Eye Drops 5ml contain a fixed combination of dorzolamide and timolol at 20mg/5mg per millilitre, providing dual-mechanism intraocular pressure reduction in a single application. Dorzolamide inhibits carbonic anhydrase to decrease aqueous humour production, while timolol, a beta-blocker, provides additional pressure-lowering effects. This combination therapy is particularly effective for patients requiring more aggressive glaucoma management. Instil one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily, typically morning and evening. The formulation delivers superior pressure control compared to either agent alone. Allow five minutes between different eye medications. Store at room temperature away from light. Systemic absorption may occur; inform your doctor of cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic conditions that might contraindicate beta-blocker use.
